Merchant Product
Required:
College degree or equivalent
Strong understanding of Audio Video
technology. Source and buy
products that fit into the area.
Develop and maintain vendor
relationships Responsible for
growth, profitability and manage
product line. Predict, manage
and reorder inventory for our
product lines. Merchandise and
manage the products throughout the
website.
Web Development
Required:
Experience using Photoshop and Flash.
Previous web development experience using
.NET or Coldfusion Thorough knowledge of
HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, XML and CSS
Experience working with databases including
MS SQL and MySQL Familiarity with
server/network maintenance
Retail Sales (Rockville, Sterling Store)
Required:
Previous experience selling consumer
electronics preferred. Passionate about
High-end home theater equipment, new
technologies, and elegant design solutions.
Able to deliver outstanding service to meet
the level of expectation our clientele has
for us. Ability to learn new technology
and ideas.
Marketing
Required:
College degree or equivalent Create
strategies and set strategic goals.
Identify and understand the demographic
make-up of our end-user. Establish
rapports with other high-end retailers in
order to produce a shared customer database
and form mutually beneficial sales
relationships. Create press releases
with the assistance of a copywriter.
Develop a direct marketing/web campaign
targeting our ideal customer base.
Service
Required:
MINIMUM 3 - 5 years supervisory experience
in consumer electronics service environment.
Strong interpersonal, communication,
organization and follow-through skills.
Ability to recruit, develop and train
workforce. Manage parts process
effectively. Adjust priorities and manage
time wisely in a fast paced environment.
Maintain records and documentation
pertaining to Service operations.
