30-days Replacement Service on any Defective Products!
At DTV Center, we try hard to serve our customers better
than anyone else. We wish we could accept all returns without any questions or
limitations, but that is just not possible. Thank you for honoring these return
policies, so that we can continue to bring you name-brand products at clearance
prices.
DTV CENTER offers (30-days) Replacement Service on Defective from the purchase
date.
Returns for
Defective items (in 30-days from the purchase date)
Returns must be in original
condition and include original box and all accessories for return.
Delivery and Installation charges are
NOT
refundable.
Returning an item other than defective, re-stocking charge will
be imposed to that customer based on store regulations.
Restocking fee
A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on tvs, projectors,
GPS/navigation
A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on Special Order
Products, including appliances
Refund

Refund will be given by a mail
check within 10 business days of return.
Manufacturer Warranty
(after 30-days from the purchase date)
Every product we sell
come with Full Manufacturer Warranty unless
otherwise specified.
